Guadalupe began her career in the area of market research at CCU, she then incorporated the commercial area at San Pedro Vineyard as Export Assistant and later as Product Manager. Moved by the desire to improve people’s personal and professional life quality, she entered a Master degree programme in Family Sciences. She became a consultant both for the public and private markets, for companies such as Elecmetal, Hoteles Atton and Banco Consorcio, among others. She is currently an Associate and Director at Centro Vida Trabajo: a social enterprise, which, by means of research and intervention within companies, promotes balance and adjustment in employee’s personal and professional lives.
